Biography
Françoise Davis
As an individual garden photographer, I have been closely associated with the RHS for over 25 years, taking photographs at many of their shows. My other role is as senior partner of GardenWorld Images picture library which is happy to act as agent to over 200 photographers, including many GWG members.
With over one million pictures, GardenWorld Images is probably the largest horticultural library in the world. The library was established over 50 years ago as the Harry Smith Collection, and has been evolving ever since, to now include some of the newest, most exciting images from contributors worldwide.
We add hundreds of fresh new images to the collection every week. This means that our range and style of images are always up to date, varied and inspiring. Whether you are looking for a rare variety of orchid, the very latest in water feature design, a garden in Japan or a portrait of a ladybird, you are sure to find what you want at GardenWorld Images.
We have recently launched our new searchable image website, making it even easier for clients to see what they want. Our new site currently contains a relatively small selection of our vast library. However, we aim to upload new images each week, until we finally digitise the entire collection!
